Role Purpose
This role gives you hands-on experience supporting the Finance team in real estate investments. You will assist with financial modeling and analysis for acquisitions, fundraising, and the company’s property portfolio, prepare reports and presentations for investors, and conduct research on the industry, market, and competitors. You will gain practical skills in financial analysis, modeling, and decision-making, while contributing to real-world projects that impact the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Assist and providing support in modelling and analysing financial data regarding financing, acquisition and fund raising of real estate investments.
Assist in maintaining and running financial models to assess the financial performance of the Company’s existing property portfolio and pipeline.
Preparing reports and presentations to support investor relations activities for the company.
Conduct industry, market and company research, including benchmarking and comparables.
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
Penultimate or final-year student in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. Real estate background is a plus.
Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with a basic understanding of corporate finance and valuation.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable in a lean, fast-moving team environment.
Eager to learn and collaborate as part of a team.
Preferred Certifications
CFA level 1
ACCA/ CPA/ CA student
