INTRODUCTION

This policy to be cited as Privacy Policy, owned, and managed by Racks Central Pte Ltd (hereinafter as “RC”), and applies to all RC’s Website. RC reserves all rights to amend the entire or partial of this Policy at its discretion. Whereas this Policy shall not materially or adversely affect each Customer’s use of the Services, changes to the Policy will be effective immediately upon such change. All capitalized terms not defined elsewhere in the Policy are defined in the Interpretation section at the end of the Policy.

By accessing RC’s Website, you acknowledge and agree that you accept the practices, requirements, and/or Policies outline in this Privacy Policy, you hereby consent to us collecting, using, disclosing and/or processing your Personal Data as described herein. INTERPRETATION

“Cookies” means the small pieces of text sent to the Customer’s browser upon visiting RC’s Website used to identify the Customer’s computer, and to record other data such as the Customer’s activity within RC’s Website;

“Customer”, means any individuals or organization who intends to access or use, or make Orders in RC’s Website;

“Laws” means all authorized applicable federal, state, local, municipal, or other laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, rulings, decrees, orders, directives, requirements, codes, as governed by its local government whereas such Laws may be instituted or amended at its discretion;

1. Collection of Information

1.1 RC may:

(a) collect and process the following information from you which may include your name, address, email address, contact number, credit card information or other description, by filling in the forms in our Website, or by corresponding with us via phone, email or otherwise.

(b) collect other data including Internet Protocol (IP) address, computer/mobile device operating system, browser type, type mobile device, the characteristics of the mobile device, the Unique Device Identifier (UDID) or Mobile Equipment Identifier (MDID) of the Customer’s mobile device, the pages the Customer visit on RC’s Website, the times of visit, and Cookies (to help the site remember your last visit).

1.2 RC only retain personal data for so long as it is necessary. Data may be archived as long as the purpose for which the data was used still exists.

2. Uses made of the Information RC use the information held about you for the following purposes:

(a) Providing, improving and developing our services

(b) Researching, designing and launching new features or services;

4.1 All information you provide to RC is stored on secure servers.

4.2 Any payment transactions will be encrypted using TLS/SSL technology.

4.3 Where RC have given you (or where you have chosen) a password that enables you to access certain parts of the Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.

4.4 RC restricts access to personal information to our employees, service providers and contractors on a strictly need-to- know basis and ensure that those persons are subject to contractual confidentiality obligations.
