• Prior to joining Racks Central, Bernard spent over 5 years in Daiwa Capital Markets primarily focusing on advising corporates on a broad range of strategic transactions including M&A, equity and debt financings. He was instrumental in completing Racks Central first institutional capital raise.
• He held other key leadership positions in major financial institutions, and completed several successful capital markets transactions totaling over $15bn, including the first triple currency Global AT1 preference shares issuance.
• He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Finance with First Class Honors from University College Dublin and a Bachelor of Architecture from the National University of Singapore. He is an active holder of the EFFAS Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA) credential.
